Overview
Pathways leads a collaborative network of health professionals and companies organized to address health sector challenges by contracting to develop health information technology solutions for healthcare providers, consumers, companies, and government organizations.
Pathways has five core divisions:
Knowledge Management Technologies
Pathways uses communications, integrated health databases, and personalized video training technologies to deliver health knowledge whenever and wherever it is needed to enhance the capabilities of health professionals and improve personal health behavior
Public health, employment practices, and government initiatives greatly influence personal health. Pathways consulting teams help communities, businesses, and government organizations develop policies and practices that create better health environments
The healthcare system is too specialized and complex. Midwest Clinical Group teams help healthcare professionals improve their efficiency and extend patient support services beyond office visits to deliver “Healthcare Everywhere.”
Eighty percent of healthcare outcomes are directly related to informed individual action. People need more personal training than healthcare professionals can provide.
Research shows that direct “in person” training is required so Pathways-Avante develops local health training groups backed by anytime-anyplace video learning systems to teach and support health self-management capabilities.
When new solutions are needed, HAI works independently on Pathways initiatives, organizes internal studies, contracts to develop new technologies and intellectual properties, or conducts funded research.
